Rheta

Concierge / Relationship Manager

Rheta, an Eastern High School alumnus, joined us in 2008. Rheta is actually a Registered Nurse and received her degree from Ball State University in 1983. Rheta has been serving in the medical field for 32 years. She’ll probably be the first person you’ll talk to when contacting our office. Rheta manages our front office and handles our scheduling responsibilities with an emphasis on long term patient relationships. She is extremely kind, hard working and  an exceptional receptionist.

Compassionate Dentistry, P.C. is built around the idea that a dental visit should feel reassuring rather than intimidating. From the moment you reach the office, you are greeted by a front desk team that treats every caller and visitor with patience and genuine warmth. Rheta, our concierge and relationship manager, is often the first voice you hear when you contact us, and she brings a nurse's calm attentiveness to scheduling and patient questions alike.

Rheta has spent decades in the medical field, earning her nursing degree before joining our practice, and that background shapes how she listens. She manages our front office with an emphasis on long-term patient relationships, meaning she remembers your history, your preferences, and the reasons behind your visit. Her approach is kind, hardworking, and thorough, so the administrative side of your care feels as caring and individualized as the clinical side.

Family members of all ages are welcome here, and a familiar, consistent point of contact makes a real difference when appointments need to be coordinated around school, work, or busy household schedules. Whether you are booking a routine hygiene visit, discussing treatment options, or following up on more complex restorative and cosmetic work, the office staff helps you understand what to expect and answers questions with professional, reassuring clarity.

Our team's philosophy is simple: treat patients the way you would treat your own family. That means ongoing continuing education, current techniques, and a commitment to individualized care rather than one-size-fits-all practices. The goal is straightforward — to provide gentle, trustworthy dentistry with a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, so each visit builds confidence and trust that carries you into your next appointment and the next phase of your oral health.
